Members News

Bowls Big Weekend & Open Sessions

The Club held a very successful open event as part of the Bowls Big Weekend at the end of May 2025 and we hope to do the same again in 2026.
It would be great to see as many members get involved as possible regardless of previous experience etc .
Please get in touch if you are able to help in any way

Safeguarding & Coaching

Following request for expressions of interest, Dan Moore, Peter Richmond and Ian Hargreaves have all undertaken the Safeguarding Officer training.  Dan will be our designated Safeguarding Officer with Peter and Ian helping out when required.
Dan has produced a safeguarding policy poster which is displayed along with other relevant material on a notice board in the clubhouse.  Please take a few minutes to have a look at this; it is important and it is all our responsibility.

Ian Hargreaves has completed the Coach Bowls Level 1 Qualification.
